What is a fee difference?

A fee difference is the difference between the provider’s tuition rate and the State maximum rate.  Some providers will waive this fee difference, and some will negotiate, while others expect full payment for services to continue.  It is your responsibility to be aware of any fee differences incurred or to negotiate them, if appropriate.
