Orientation is now a mandatory process for prospective providers who plan on becoming State-registered providers and Family, Friend, & Neighbor (FFN)/Approved Home providers. It will be necessary to sign up for the required health & safety, child development, and child abuse & neglect training classes through NJ Workforce Registry to complete the registration process.  Child Care Connection offers the orientation virtually, in two sessions, on a monthly basis.  Providers must attend both sessions as part of the Family child Care Registration process.

Below are the upcoming orientation dates:

  • October 18 and 19, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • November 15 and 16, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • December 20 and 21, 10:00a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
